1. 防风荆芥茶
防风、荆芥、白芷、连翘、淡竹葉各四钱,桑叶、菊花各五钱,葛根一兩,牛蒡子、桔梗、知母各三錢,生薑5片,加水12-14碗煲20分鐘,加薄荷二錢,焗2分鐘,去渣後泡腳。
祛風,治療輕度感冒。
2. 玉屏風飲
北芪一兩,白術、防風各五錢,甘草二錢,紅棗10粒,加水4碗煲45分鐘。
補氣祛風。適合反复感冒,常出汗者飲用。
3. 生薑蔥白粥
生薑5-8片,糯米50克,加水煮成粥,加蔥白10條,焗5分鐘,調味,熱服。
辛溫解表。風寒感冒時食用。
4. 桑菊杏仁茶
桑葉、菊花、北杏仁各三錢,杏仁打碎,加水3碗煲20分鐘。
疏風清熱,適合風熱感冒,咳嗽。
